The Care You Deserve

The care you deserve begins with a therapeutic relationship grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect. I provide psychotherapy for adults and couples using attachment-based, trauma-informed, and systems-oriented approaches that support emotional well-being, relational growth, and lasting change.

I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2005, providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families via telehealth in Oregon, California, Georgia, South Carolina, New York, and Lisbon, Portugal.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from San Francisco State University in 2003 and a Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies in 2005. The Integral Counseling Psychology program at CIIS integrates major spiritual traditions of the East and West with contemporary therapeutic practices. Its holistic orientation shaped my approach to supporting clients in realizing their personal vision through an integration of modern psychological theories and cross-cultural perspectives on healing and growth.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment theory, humanistic and systems-oriented frameworks, and trauma-informed care. I am also a certified Level 2 PACT therapist and incorporate PACT methods into my work with couples to help foster secure functioning, emotional connection, and relational resilience.

As a therapist, I strive to offer a steady, engaged, and compassionate presence. I work collaboratively with clients, remaining attentive to the goals they bring into therapy while supporting them in creating a life in which they can truly thrive.

    POTENTIAL

I believe you are not broken, and that therapy is not about “fixing” who you are. Therapy with me is an opportunity to become more curious about yourself, your relationships, and the possibility for new experiences, deeper connection, and meaningful change in your life.

    CARE

I am a steady, engaged, compassionate, and attentive therapist. In our work together, I strive to create an environment grounded in curiosity, safety, self-discovery, and compassion—one that allows you to understand and care for yourself in ways that may not have felt possible before beginning therapy.

  • As you may have experienced, insurance coverage can be very confusing. I suggest that you call your insurance company’s member services to have them explain your benefits coverage and any monetary obligations you may have as part of the services you will receive.
