The Care You Deserve

    POTENTIAL

I believe that there is nothing wrong or broken with you. Therapy with me is a place to become curious about yourself, your relationships, and the potential for new experiences that the world around you can offer.

    CARE

I am a steady, engaging, compassionate, and attentive therapist. The environment that I provide in my work with you is one in which curiosity, compassion, self-discovery, and safety allows for you to see and care and about yourself in ways that were not available to you before starting therapy.

    SELF-EXPLORATION

Our work together with the guidance of your determination to achieve the goals you've set in therapy will support you in navigating what comes before you and how to use that learning to direct you to where you want to go.

I am a practicing licensed marriage and family therapist since 2005. I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families via Telehealth in Oregon, California, Georgia, South Carolina, New York, and Lisbon, Portugal.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from San Francisco State University 2003 and my Master Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco in 2005. CIIS Integral Counseling Psychology program is a program that combines major spiritual traditions of the East and West and contemporary therapeutic practices. The holistic orientation of this unique counseling program taught me how to support clients in their personal vision using modern theoretical approaches that are a blend of East and West psychological practices.

My therapeutic approach is informed by attachment and humanistic system theories and trauma-informed methods of care. I am a certified 2nd level PACT therapist. I use PACT methods of care to support the couples with whom I work with.

I am a steady, engaging, and compassionate therapist. I am attentive to the goals you set forth for yourself in therapy and collaborate with you on how to create the life you wish to thrive in.
